Dear Friends,

If you have ever been swayed by an idea put across by a silver tongued orator, and yearned to hear more, this is the event for you! TEDx is back in Chennai, hoping to sweep you off your feet yet again!

TEDx, which was spearheaded in 1984, as a conference bringing people together from the worlds of Technology, Entertainment and Design, has been forging ahead steadily. Its mission 'Ideas Worth Spreading' remains unchanged, but its reach has widened as it promises to, once again, bring the world's most fascinating speakers together under one roof.

These speakers, wonderfully honed and articulate, from ten different countries, will take centre-stage to deliver the talk of their lives, and yours!

TED audiences have never failed to be engulfed in an avalanche of intellect and inspiration, one which has left them enriched and enlightened. So if you want to be part of the experience, and soar to the mountain top to perceive a world of knowledge in the valley below, this is the moment to grasp!

The event will be held on the 30th of September, 2012, at the Lady Andal Auditorium, Harrington Road, Chennai. The theme chosen is 'Life by Design' and +each speaker will demonstrate how powerful ideas have the ability to change the world, and make it a better place.

We invite organizations to send in their delegates to attend the prestigious event. We would also request sponsors to come forward and help us to make this event a success. We would also love to entertain individuals who are creative, open minded and willing to expand their horizons, both intellectual and emotional.

As Dale Carnegie put it so eloquently, "Speakers who talk about what life has taught them never fail to keep the attention of their listeners."

TEDx looks forward to interacting with each of you.
